Press I to enter the inventory and then you can modify this value. This value cannot be seen or used until you spend a SKILL POINT and the ABILITIES window opens. Press ESC to open the MENU and the value fills in. You must have already earned at least ONE Skill point and STILL OWN at least ONE SKILL POINT for this to work and display properly. Press ESC then click LEVEL UP to fill in the value. Press ESC to open the menu and display the XP bar and the value fills in. Press I to open the inventory and the value fills in. Toggle on and many potions and spells are able to be used more quickly.
